About Remembering Micah's Smiles

10 years ago, our forever baby Micah left this Earth when he passed away from complications of necrotizing enterocolitis. We spent 324 days with Micah in our arms and now we carry our sweet boy forever in our hearts. To recognize NEC Awareness Month and honor Micah, we are matching gifts to the NEC Society up to $10,000. We feel so incredibly lucky to have Micah's brothers, Zachary and Elijah, in our arms. Still, nothing and no one will ever replace our sweet Micah, who should be running around being silly with his brothers. Deepest thanks to our family, friends, and colleagues who join us in supporting the NEC Society and remembering Micah's sweet smiles.
